Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with financial statements and reporting on software applications.

  • Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation.
  • Experience in utilizing accounting software and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders.
  • Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
  • Experience with SQL (e.g., query, merge, filter, subquery).

About the job

As a Data Center Business Program Manager, you will support operations in the business administrative field. You will collaborate with the site team to elaborate site budget, establish operations related service contracts, monthly financial reviews, establishing purchase orders, approving invoices, etc. You will lead cost control and contractor management for maintenance tasks and small projects, and work closely with the site Environment, Health and Safety department to ensure safety operations. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring that contractors deliver quality services according to agreed key performance indicators and that safety measures are being performed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$128,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Oversee operating expenses and capital expenses budgets and spending.
  • Train facility managers at three sites on the budgeting and forecasting process. This includes familiarizing them with the common tools, spreadsheets, and workflows.
  • Draft and expedite statement of work and purchase orders.
  • Budget and forecast to meet the guidelines set by the Finance team.
