Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with supply chain management, system implementation, requirements gathering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and adjacent supply chain functions like order fulfillment, logistics, inventory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Enable Supply Chain execution for business teams through development and adoption of best practices, processes and digital capabilities on existing or new Supply Chain platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and platforms. Collectively identify, document and manage business requirements.
- Deliver digital capabilities, and enhancements as per project and product roadmap. Execute delivery per project plan, and identify and assess risks. Develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
- Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans.
- Support deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare and address post roll-out issues, change management, training and communications to stakeholders.
