Program Manager, Cloud Supply Chain Process and Capabilities

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with supply chain management, system implementation, requirements gathering.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and adjacent supply chain functions like order fulfillment, logistics, inventory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Supply Chain execution for business teams through development and adoption of best practices, processes and digital capabilities on existing or new Supply Chain platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and platforms. Collectively identify, document and manage business requirements.
  • Deliver digital capabilities, and enhancements as per project and product roadmap. Execute delivery per project plan, and identify and assess risks. Develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.  
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans. 
  • Support deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare and address post roll-out issues, change management, training and communications to stakeholders.
