Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 8 years with advanced degree.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in fashion/luxury go-to-market and consumer electronics.
  • Experience leading complex product partnerships and channel strategies with a broad set of cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent partner/channel pipeline development and management skills, with proven ability to deliver Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills on technical, contractual and financial issues.

About the job

The Android XR Partnerships team is looking for a Glasses Tech x Fashion Channel Programs Lead to bridge the gap between high-end fashion and cutting-edge technology. This role focuses on bringing deep fashion domain expertise to design strategies, partnerships, and channel activities that position and differentiate Android XR AI and XR Glasses across global distribution channels. You will inform product, partnership, marketing, and GTM strategies with external executives and internal leaders.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$256,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and execution of tech and fashion channel strategies and programs within the luxury distribution ecosystem to position, differentiate, and sell Android XR/AI Glasses.
  • Partner with external fashion executives to align technology offerings with luxury brand identities and global GTM expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to ensure hardware/software features and use cases meet fashion industry standards.
  • Act as a thought leader on fashion and luxury strategic trends to provide expert guidance on prioritization and engagement strategies.
  • Inform and support the negotiation of complex distribution agreements with fashion-forward eyewear, OEM, and retail partners.
