About the job

YouTube Marketing’s mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people’s perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We’re also responsible for all of YouTube’s marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.

As a Marketing Manager for YouTube Brazil, you will support the Marketing Lead in driving the local strategy for one of YouTube's most influential global markets. You will serve as a project lead, bridging the gap between user needs, creator communities, and our product solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and tracking of campaigns across priority areas such as YouTube Shorts, Gen AI Tools, and Music, while coordinating Creator Engagement and Influencer Marketing programs. You will play a key role in managing relationships with creative and production agencies, ensuring execution is culturally relevant and aligned with project goals. You will require an investigative mindset and an understanding of the local ecosystem to drive user engagement and tangible impact.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Lead in the end-to-end execution of YouTube marketing campaigns in Brazil, coordinating with creative agencies to ensure high-quality asset production.
  • Implement Creator Engagement and Influencer Marketing programs, leveraging ecosystem knowledge to drive product adoption and community impact.
  • Utilize data and performance analysis to track campaign effectiveness, identifying trends and providing insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Public Relations, Sales) to align project timelines and serve as a reliable point of contact for campaign operations.
  • Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing feature engagement and driving growth within the Brazilian digital landscape.
