Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
- 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
- Experience in Media Mix Modeling, Statistical Analysis, SQL, and Cloud Computing.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally to influence priorities/strategy.
- Experience using APIs or batch processing, and machine learning methods (e.g., random forest, NLP, neural networks, Generative AI).
- Knowledge of testing design and random sampling techniques, with experience building standard predictive models (e.g., linear and logistic regression, clustering).
- Knowledge of cloud computing and generative AI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly, own a storyboard and determine data visualization using spreadsheets, slide presentations, interactive data products (e.g., Tableau, etc.).

As a Marketing Science Lead, you are a trusted advisor to customers and agencies. You will serve as the resident expert for measurement, testing, and AI driven insights across Google’s ad platforms. You will be working with clients and will develop client relationships with key decision makers, including senior leaders in marketing strategy and analytics teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Support the growth of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform through analysis of Enterprise customer's marketing and first-party data.
- Develop custom recommendations that consolidate multiple client data workflows to reflect a unified view of the customer.
- Partner with Data Transformation Leads, Analytical Leads, Product Managers, and Go-to-Marketing teams to develop and test tools, templates, and frameworks to streamline and scale client analyses.
- Collaborate with the team to educate and train clients/agencies on how to best architect and optimize Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform media.
- Develop a data-driven approach to measurement and analysis that align with client marketing objectives.
