Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in an analytics leadership role in a technology or marketing firm.
  • Experience with controlled experiments, causal studies, and communicating results to non-technical audience.
  • Experience managing relationships and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives within global organizations.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads products, or experience building reporting to support product and sales teams and strategies.
  • Proficiency in SQL or comparable coding and data visualization (e.g., dashboarding, tableau).
  • Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.

The YouTube Ads Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the link between YouTube products and business. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Google free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for advertisers.

Our team consists of strategic problem-solvers, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. We provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain data workflows (e.g., Plx) to answer product activation and sales activities questions.
  • Empower the broader YouTube Ads GTM team to drive accountability and decision making on our activation priorities by creating infrastructure to track the business.
  • Lead end-to-end quantitative projects, including study design, development, execution, analysis, insights development, and insights sharing.
  • Communicate findings to executive leadership by preparing and delivering polished presentations and identifying key takeaways and recommendations.
  • Ensure work/outputs are compliant with Google policies. Establish thorough processes for documenting, sourcing, and maintaining work.
