  • Experience in people management or team leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Advanced degree.
  • Experience developing and managing seller incentive programs.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, influencing stakeholders and navigating objections.
  • Experience leading, managing, and coaching a team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Experience in strategic problem-solving with a 12 to 24 month business horizon.
  • Familiarity with Google's advertising/measurement products or media effectiveness (i.e. incrementality, MMM, attribution, etc.)

About the job

As the Manager for the Video Commerce US Product and Sales Activation, team, you will own the product activation strategy for the one of the largest and most dynamic businesses in GBO globally. You will lead a team of product specialists to drive the adoption of Google's advanced measurement solutions to report and prove the value that Google brings to our mid-market Commerce advertisers in the US.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and digital advertising. By applying deep expertise in video and our engaged positioning, you will drive our go-to-market strategy and lead the way in engaged selling with our video solutions.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product activation strategy for the full measurement pack of solutions for US mid-market commerce customers.
  • Lead the regional strategy for sophisticated measurement methodologies, enabling the team to deliver robust incrementality studies and navigate complex attribution models (Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)).
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of product specialists, fostering excellence in customer engagement, C-level problem-solving, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Influence sales executives and managers across the Americas to achieve quarterly product adoption goals.
  • Manage key relationships with sales leadership, global product teams, and strategy partners to address product feedback and drive infrastructure improvements.
