Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with large-scale initiatives requiring extensive change management, leadership buy-in, implementation, and execution.
  • Track record of driving alignment across conflicting priorities and varying viewpoints.
  • Passion for organizing complex information to help structure decision-making processes and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and creative way.
  • Ability to act as a dot connector and integrator; commitment to finding organizational synergies and operational efficiencies.

People Experience (PX) is the team at Google that delivers extraordinary, hire-to-retire experiences for Googlers in the moments that matter most. PX teams span Recruiting, Analytics and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence. This role sits within the PX STACK (Strategy Transformation Automation Content and Knowledge) team. STACK is focused on transforming Google's people operations service delivery. Our mission is to Make every day simple, so we can make special days really special by building durable capabilities across intelligent operations, holistic measurement, and extraordinary experiences, leveraging AI and ML to leapfrog current capabilities.

In this role, you will be into operational data, create compelling business cases, and drive the continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our service delivery. You will be a key player in identifying inefficiencies, streamlining complex workflows, and ensuring our operations are scalable and effective. You are passionate about using data to solve complex problems and leading strategic initiatives on process transformation in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of current service delivery models using quantitative and qualitative data to identify key opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Build compelling, data-driven business cases that articulate problem statements, proposed solutions, and expected Return on Investment (ROI) to gain stakeholder support for process and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Service, Product, and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Manage the execution of cross-functional projects focused on operational improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), mitigating risks, and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
  • Influence and partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and successfully implement process changes.
