Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.
- 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent ads ecosystem knowledge, technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Google DV360 and Programmatic Platform.
- Knowledge of Ads Sustainability and Carbon Accounting domain.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
As an Ads Sustainability Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Ads Product Area, other Alphabet bets, other Google product areas, clients, think tanks to develop solutions towards a Google technology.
You will be responsible for identifying and architecting solutions. Working across a variety of teams at Google, you will have the chance to leverage your wide-ranging experience and skill-set to find the solution for the problems.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Google Ads Product Managers and Software Engineers across Google to improve or develop sustainability solutions for users, partners and clients.
- Lead and participate in global industry level discussions with Organizations to standardize ads carbon methodologies globally for all Google Advertisers and Publishers.
- Engage with Agencies, Advertisers and Publishers to understand business requirements on ads carbon reporting and enabling sustainability solutions to solve their business challenges.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems and roadblocks around data and solutions development.
- Manage a group of stakeholders ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients, providing feedback, maintaining communication and delivering technical solutions.
