About the job

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will guide and continually optimize strategic and complex programs that reach across the Ads Planning ecosystem to guide consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale. In this role, you will navigate through high levels of ambiguity to define and drive cross-functional programs such as outcome-based planning, creator-centric strategy, and AI-based tool portfolio simplification balancing long-term objectives with near-term deliverables. You will act as a primary bridge between technical and business domains, working cross-functionally across engineering, product, UX, and sales to ensure executive stakeholder alignment and drive a unified strategy that maximizes returns for Google
