Sales Manager, Google Customer Solutions, Market: UK and Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
  • Experience building a book of business.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience with or coaching digital campaign management in Google Ads or similar products.
  • Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders in an advertising or marketing context.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or multi-channel experience.
  • Ability to own sales team operations in UK and/or Irish market (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, operations, training, coaching, and support of a sales team to deliver on business growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals for a portfolio of customers.
  • Work with senior leaders to ensure collaboration between the team, partner sellers, and cross-functional teams, and align on priorities.
  • Cultivate customer relationships through key C-level meetings and speaking engagements.
  • Guide and hold the team accountable to build and manage long-term plans with customers at scale.
  • Define the future of customer interaction (e.g., automation, first-party data, customer lifetime value, Online to Offline, CRM integrations, etc.) and help develop the necessary infrastructure and processes.
