GTM Practice Growth Lead, Google Cloud Platform

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in technical or GTM planning for a cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience executing scaled GTM motions while leading the business through insights into performance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience promoting cloud products.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to deliver a professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Hebrew in order manage relationships with local and international customers.

As a GTM Growth Lead for Israel and Digital Native Start-ups at Google Cloud, you will act as the chief business officer for the sub-region, driving the execution and optimization of go-to-market strategies. You will be involved in coordinating cross-functional teams including, marketing, partners and services to ensure field execution aligns with annual goals. You will adapt strategies based on market feedback and customer needs, serving as the bridge between the field and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative community by enabling knowledge sharing and best practices among field teams, partners and go-to-market stakeholders while driving effective execution of GTM plays in the sub-region to align with top-performing account strategies.
  • Collaborate with practice GTM and regional leads to refine strategies using sub-regional insights while assessing propensity modes to validate play-to-market fit.
  • Analyze cross-product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Support the practice GTM in delivering quarterly/monthly business reviews by consolidating sub-regional insights and tracking GTM initiative progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, design inspiring programs and drive organizational momentum.
