Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a similar role or in management consulting, corporate development, product management, or engineering.
- 10 years of experience in cross-functional senior stakeholder management and leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork.
- Ability to influence without authority, working on and with technical cross-functional or highly matrixed teams.
- Ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, business judgment, communication, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP to architect a cohesive strategy for Google Education. Oversee the scoping of highly ambiguous challenges, delivering forward-thinking approaches and solutions to unlock critical growth opportunities.
- Drive high-level alignment, engagement and decision-making across senior level stakeholders.
- Define the operational roadmap that translates high-level vision into execution.
- Drive end-to-end operational accuracy to ensure flawless execution to the highest priority goals.
- Leverage AI to drive innovation, productivity, and operational workflows across the organization.
