Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in marketing strategy, finance, strategy consulting, or banking.
- Experience in creating, assessing, and synthesizing budget forecasts.
- Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with designing and simplifying complex processes and implementing them with a well-defined rhythm and excellence
- Experience with spreadsheets, financial modeling, forecasting skills, data visualization with excellent investigative thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple global teams within the marketing organization.
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fluid environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and business decision-making skills to identify and resolve complex business issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, for developing and delivering compelling narratives to executive audiences.

In this role, you will have a strong aptitude for streamlining operations and budget management. You will be overseeing budget allocation and resource planning for marketing initiatives, providing clear visibility into spend and performance. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows, and to run business-critical processes that ensure resources are prioritized effectively to drive goals of the entire Growth Marketing organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide a holistic view of budget utilization, connecting spend to performance where possible.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Finance to own and prioritize ongoing budget and headcount needs.
- Ensure organizational thoroughness by managing the quarterly intake and tracking of marketing analytics and engineering-supported initiatives, streamlining workflows and enhancing the partnership with cross-functional teams to optimize resource prioritization and allocation.
- Own team-wide communications for the growth marketing team.
