Data Center Business Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience in facilities related experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in facilities related roles.
  • Experience in procurement.
  • Experience in data analysis and distilling information into graphics, slides, notes, and tables.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Train facility managers on budgeting and forecasting processes, familiarizing them with the common tools, spreadsheets, and workflows.
  • Draft and expedite statements of work and purchase orders and track spending against same.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish vendor relationships and manage agreements effectively to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead project planning activities, including timeline estimation, resource allocation and status reporting to meet project milestones. Track project progress and manage issues proactively, facilitating meetings to drive resolution and maintain alignment among team members.
  • Document and communicate project outcomes and performance metrics to stakeholders while following organizational protocols.
