DV360 Account Manager, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on advertising products or martech/adtech (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, or demonstrating products).
  • Experience with media agencies, with an understanding of the market and programmatic landscape.
  • Knowledge of DV360 platform from a media and tech angle.
  • Ability to conduct analysis of DV360 activity, identify optimization levers and design quality DV360 media plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills in overseeing multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams, with the ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting.

As a Display and Video 360 (DV360) Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers and agencies maximize the full value of the DV360 platform. You will work closely with key customers, agencies, infrastructure management services and application management services to design solutions to transform our clients business and capture the full value of Google's unique media inventory, unparalleled customer insight, and market leading ad technology. You will drive customer business objectives on DV360 through excellent media promoting, high quality campaign performance and reporting.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with clients and agency teams, including digital media decision makers, to understand their core business objectives and identify opportunities to deliver solutions using our programmatic media tools.
  • Help customers maximize the value of DV360 platform to achieve their business and marketing objectives through account plans, pipeline management, media promoting, campaign design, and quality campaign performance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with media planning, account teams, and specialist teams to design and deliver growth opportunities, business plans, and client-centric solutions.
  • Partner with executive account manager, and cross-functional teams to develop joint strategies to drive display and video investments. Optimize internal resources to develop sales approaches, customized narratives, and product development feedback.
  • Own platform training, media planning, and execution of display, third-party video, YouTube, and CTV campaigns. Educate clients around programmatic and changing privacy landscape.
