Measurement Lead (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google BigQuery.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product SME for customers and agencies.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

In this role, you will help Large Customer Sales and advertisers deploy the latest measurement technologies to achieve their business goals. You will convince advertisers to take the necessary actions to determine brand, media customer value, and channel impact. You will work collaboratively with product specialists, promoters, and gTech to drive advertiser measurement maturity and use insights/learnings to improve business outcomes.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, activation, and goals for Marketing effectiveness in BR - responsible for Attribution (full Google attribution stack) and Incrementality (Conversion Lift, GeoX, Causal Impact).
  • Partner and enable Investigative Leads to consult advertisers and agency partners on how Google measurement products can address the business objectives.
  • Lead the marketing effectiveness, translating budget allocation issues into optimal measurement solutions through clear guidance and supporting collaterals.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams and global peers to provide market-to-product feedback on activations, business cases for feature requests, and product prioritization.
