Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 5 years with advanced degree.
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional partnership initiatives with an impact on business outcomes.
- Experience with multi-sector partnerships including but not limited to government agencies, NGOs, education, health, or commercial sector.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and building consensus.
- Excellent reasoning skills to structure partnership models and manage technical and financial issues.

The Social Impact partnerships team enables unique product experiences. This includes developing partnerships that help users in moments that matter through trusted products and features for enabling Google’s users to access information on learning and education, information literacy, climate and weather, crisis response alerts and tools, economic opportunity, health, and civics.In this role you will develop and execute global partnerships that enable product teams to meet goals for efforts that address user needs across social impact topic areas. You will work with product leaders and cross-functional teams to source, negotiate, and execute the partnerships for Google, and develop go-to market strategy for our products.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities
- Define partnership strategy, identify new product-enabling partnership opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans for product efforts.
- Negotiate and structure the partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal) to ensure successful launch and ongoing operations.
- Understand product launches and implications for Google and its partners. Lead related internal and external communication and strategies.
- Source and value potential partnerships, perform due diligence on the partner/content, and lead an agreement through execution and increase partner adoption as necessary for a new product ecosystem.
