As an account manager, you will develop your understanding of the advertising and gaming industry to protect and contribute to business growth. You will work on tasks within the scope of your team's account plan, supporting your team in identifying gaming clients needs and translating their objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, campaign expansion, and core account hygiene. You also support provision of data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to gaming clients, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and utilize insights to influence others and drive change, and to support clients growth to help ensure Google’s solutions are presented to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers and identify and solve client challenges proactively and creatively. Develop tactical account plan and execution and be responsible for taking the client strategy and executing it.
  • Develop stakeholder maps for clients and agencies, foster and develop key relationships. Drive and manage practitioner-level contacts for clients and agencies.
  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting, how-to emails, new products and policy and fielding implementation questions.
  • Educate and advocate for Google and our products when presenting to clients and agencies on new products, campaign results and performance.
  • Learn Google's ongoing development of advertiser products and work with product teams to maximize marketing results and to drive clients business success.
