- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business development or partner management in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with government agencies (local, state, federal), NGOs, or related experience in business development, partnerships, product management, general management, sales or other related fields.
- Experience in advancing social impact causes.
- Experience designing and implementing processes and policies.
- Ability to clarify and summarize issues along with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent reasoning skills to structure partnership models and manage technical and financial issues.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role you will develop and execute global partnerships that enable product teams to meet goals for efforts that address user needs across social impact topic areas. You will work with product leaders and cross-functional teams to source, discuss, and execute partnerships for Google, and develop go-to market strategy for our products.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage partnerships with entities of all sizes.
- Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet Google goals across changing industries.
- Ideate and drive deals with partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and enhance value from these partnerships while building long-term relationships.
- Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
