- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of program management experience in management consulting or operations within internet/media.
- 4 years of experience presenting to senior audiences, owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery.
- Experience presenting recommendations to internal/external stakeholders at executive level, and leading implementation across multiple cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering on cross-functional projects or teams.
- Experience with strategic consulting, partnership support, and market/UX research.
- Ability to define an idea and strategy, and build relationships with key stakeholders to achieve it.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills to deliver initiatives on time and to specification with high autonomy.
About the job
The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.
The core capabilities of the team include: designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage partner research and beta testing programs for the Product Activation team, including forecasting quarterly partner research requests across YouTube product areas, and ensure cross-functional team alignment on process timelines, requirements, and expectations.
- Build process improvements across partner research needs to ensure the Product Activation team can run beta tests and collect partner feedback on go-to-market strategies to ensure key product launches land smoothly in market.
- Partner with UX Research and Product Operations to ensure creator and partner feedback is incorporated into key areas of the product development lifecycle.
- Create guidance and best practices for how the YouTube Business Organization should engage with research programs.
- Conduct UX research to help the Product Activation team understand creators and partners across Product Areas and segments.
