Administrative Business Partner, Technical Infrastructure, Platforms (Mandarin, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in an international environment with working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and region partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience with supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience with serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and datasets.
  • Knowledge of process, project, and program management principles with the ability to apply them to operational tests.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and seating requests, and expense report processing. Serve as a trusted business partner, establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail while navigating ambiguity and executing tasks. Drive operational efficiency and responsiveness by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with people and job functions. Exhibit the ability to learn new tools or technologies, to enhance work efficiency.
  • Promote a positive atmosphere and uphold Google's culture by hosting social events dedicated to team bonding.
  • Build Cloud Taiwan visibility and presence within Taiwan Site and work with Taiwan Site leadership team.
