Remote location: Spain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- 5 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to agentize security analyst workflows without being constrained by how tasks are currently performed by humans; focus on 'thinking out of the box' to create more revolutionary solutions.
- Oversee the development of rapid prototypes for applied AI, utilizing the four additional headcounts allocated for this purpose.
- Act as the centerpiece for creating better communication and alignment across the broader organization regarding AI technologies and their implementation.
- Function as a People Manager who also contributes technically, providing direct mentorship and technical oversight to the Applied AI team.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of AI projects while ensuring the team remains lean and efficient.
