Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in global supplier compliance, vendor management, supplier consulting, or third party risk management.
- Experience with consultants or contingent workforce.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in auditing, supplier management, internal audit, or third party risk management. (for e.g. CIA, IIA, CA, CFE, CMA, CPA, CISA, CTPRP, C3PRMP, TPRA, etc.).
- Experience in executive stakeholder management.
- Experience in consulting and change management.
- Knowledge of technology industry risk, (e.g. cyber security).

The Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) Risk and Compliance team transforms compliance into a competitive advantage by equipping business partners with guidance and empowering execution within risk tolerances. You will verify philosophy by ensuring our supplier's controls work as intended through various monitoring activites.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a robust supplier compliance program, including policies, procedures, and guidelines for monitoring suppliers.
- Develop and execute a monitoring plan to track supplier compliance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify adherence to contractual/policy obligations and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans with suppliers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier compliance program.
- Present regular reports to management on supplier compliance status, key risks, and remediation efforts. Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding compliance requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders and suppliers on compliance-related matters. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on supplier compliance risks and best practices.
