Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in agency, brand advertising, product marketing, or ads sales.
  • Experience in ads measurement (e.g., digital and cross-media measurement solutions and ad sales/tools).
  • Experience with return on investment measurement concepts (especially Marketing Mix Models) and the third party measurement ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in storytelling and explaining advanced technical products to multiple audiences, generating problem statements, identifying solutions, and making recommendations.
  • Ability to create influential relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from many stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audiences, and driving awareness/adoption of final deliverables.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including quantitative fluency.

About the job

Google’s Global Product Solutions organization leads Google’s commercial business strategy for Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and select Organic surfaces, and is responsible for driving adoption of our advertising products. This specific role is focused on Marketing Mix Models and third party Media Effectiveness Measurement within the Measurement team.

As a Global Product Solutions Lead, you will leverage your expertise to inspire sellers and customers to expand their adoption of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and third party Media Effectiveness solutions. You will work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams globally to commercialize Marketing Mix Models insights and benchmarks and drive successful adoption of priority third party Media Effectiveness solutions. You will also partner closely with other Global Product Solutions Leads and regional go-to-market teams to identify gaps in our offerings and brainstorm solutions to bring to life with Sales. As a member of the Cross Media Return on Investment (ROI) Measurement Global Product Solutions Lead team, you will be a thought leader in landing our go to market strategy and scaling product adoption globally.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Commercialize Marketing Mix Models (MMM) benchmarks and insights to support sellers in customer Marketing Mix Models consultations. Develop internal communications and collateral for Sales teams (e.g., narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc.).
  • Drive successful activation of third-party Media Effectiveness solutions globally, including close coordination with the Media Readiness Program, regional product Go-To-Market, other Measurement Global Product Solutions stakeholders, and other third-party focused teams.
  • Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM and Sales teams to influence our commercialization strategy. Drive the rollout strategy of new sales motions and collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, GTM, Product, Google Technical Services, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.
  • Help define success metrics, track adoption and business impact.
