Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with application development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with software development in Objective C, C++.
- Experience or knowledge in Mobile Application Development.
- Experience or knowledge in Android Applications and Android Development.

The team manages the YouTube uploads user experience and supports creators throughout their publishing journey, as well as lead the client-side infrastructure for uploads (e.g., YouTube, YouTube Studio, YouTube Create) and support some of the Generative AI experiences on YouTube.

Responsibilities
- Build new features to make uploads simpler and integrated with Shorts creation and Studio Inspiration.
- Help creators distribute content to the right audience, use generative AI for content or increase earnings through better business generation controls.
- Manage technical challenges related to client-side uploads infrastructure, shared between the YouTube, YouTube Studio, and YouTube Create apps, ensuring a reliable publishing process.
