People Consultant

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on a range of topics such as performance management, reorganizations, talent management, change, etc.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in Irish labor law and HR practices.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
  • Experience leading HR programs and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, with the ability to translate processes and HR knowledge into strategic business solutions with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for analysis.
  • Ability to work within constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Build Googler, manager, and leader capability through coaching and guidance in multi-dimensional dynamic consultations.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to the business by answering employee and manager queries about HR programs and policies.
  • Provide consultations in performance enablement, team effectiveness, manager and leader effectiveness, navigating transitions, and day to day support.
  • Capture data and surface trends/themes across consultations and influence partners on forward thinking interventions that enable a positive experience.
  • Apply employment law to identify issues, risks, trends, gaps, and problems, execute solution-focused strategies and processes to mitigate risks.
