About the job

Jigsaw is at the forefront of AI innovation that enables human agency. We don’t build traditional Google products, we build blueprints for the future. Our team of researchers, designers, and engineers collaborate closely with each other, and external partners, to realize AI concepts that give individuals greater influence over their lives. Once we’ve proven real-world impact through rapid co-design and iterative development, we scale by empowering third parties to replicate and adopt our innovations via open-source contributions and strategic partnerships.

Our current work spans governance, health, and economic insecurity. We are scaling our AI efforts to advance civic voice. Alongside this, we are rapidly building out our new “aging with agency” portfolio and a second effort to explore “prosperity hacking,” the tech enabled pursuit of rapid wealth accumulation. Your role is to advance these latter initiatives, developing strong, impactful partnerships to bring them to life.

As the Partnerships Development Manager you will bridge Jigsaw’s unique initiatives with Google’s broader teams and products. You will navigate internal Google processes and teams, while managing complex and strategically important partnerships for Jigsaw. In this role, you will manage and/or deepen relationships with partners, execute agreements, and track impact, enabling Jigsaw to be successful. You will serve as a bridge between technologists, non-profit advocates, and policymakers to ensure Jigsaw’s technology serves the public good.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

  • Lead the end-to-end contract process in your areas of responsibility, coordinating with PgM to ensure seamless execution, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that partner feedback and policy constraints are integrated into the early stages of technical development and managed as the partnership evolves.
  • Collaborate with the Jigsaw policy team to develop high-stakes briefing materials and "proof-of-concept" narratives that align Jigsaw’s technical roadmap with the objectives of major civil society groups, think tanks, and government entities to drive long-term agreements.
