Performance Sales Specialist, Large Customer Sales, Central Eastern Europe

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in performance marketing as pay-per-click specialist, account manager, analytical consultant or similar roles.
  • Experience with digital advertising solutions (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, performance marketing).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in writing SQL code to analyze large data.
  • Knowledge of Google’s product areas in performance advertising: search, shopping, performance max, and demand generation and key trends associated with those product areas.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish or Ukranian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position the value of Google products, services, and solutions to create compelling product solutions with excellent data-driven analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to understand stakeholder needs and make recommendations with excellent consultative skills.
  • Excellent data visualization skills (e.g., Looker Studio).

The CEE Performance team drives growth for CEE LCS clients by providing holistic, expert support across Search and PMax. Our mission is to accelerate Search Standard and PMax revenue and year over year growth through three core pillars such as building future-ready Search and PMax foundations, unlocking unconstrained budgets to capture maximum profit, shifting focus to high-value outcomes to maintain a engaged edge.

We manage a high-impact portfolio of priority clients per specialist, selected for their transformational headroom. For broader engagement, we offer flexible support through bi-weekly performance office hours. By leveraging the media trial program, we incentivize clients to adopt AI Max and value-based bidding, ensuring they scale faster and compete smarter.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives and sales teams to help clients reach their business goals using digital advertising tools.
  • Simplify technical concepts into clear strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to improve their marketing results.
  • Collaborate with regional and global product teams, you will represent the needs of your market to influence the development of new technology.
  • Lead discussions at industry events, sharing insights that shape the regional marketing landscape.
  • Take ownership of new strategic initiatives, ensuring that local market needs are met while driving long-term growth for both the company and its partners.
