Lead Visual Designer, Large Customer Sales

  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience in graphic design, creative media production, motion graphics, video editing/shooting, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing multi-channel projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging Google's AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Imagen, Veo, Flow) and other major generative AI platforms for design and content creation.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and advanced presentation software.
  • Understanding of YouTube creative, visual storytelling principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people-management skills.

In this role, you will be pivotal in creating, curating, and scaling our insights and thought leadership through multi-channel storytelling, leveraging the full power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and generative AI tools, and maximizing use of communications channels. You will be instrumental in designing and producing compelling visual narratives, interactive experiences, and dynamic storytelling content that captivates audiences. You will partner with our creative producer and other sales storytellers to bring content and campaigns to life.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define the visual strategy and lead the design and execution of multimedia storytelling across executive messaging, customer engagements, social media, and employee communications.
  • Create compelling visual narratives, interactive experiences, and dynamic design assets (e.g., motion graphics, presentations, digital layouts) leveraging tools and techniques.
  • Pioneer the use of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in design, acting as a superuser of Google AI products to conceptualize, visualize, and generate high-fidelity design assets across platforms.
  • Own deployment and development of new visual identities for campaigns, while maintaining brand guidelines and pushing the boundaries of storytelling.
  • Oversee the creative design process and manage all visual assets and deliverables to ensure projects maintain quality and hit deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders to solicit and action clear, constructive visual design feedback.
