Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 5 years of experience working with and influencing senior executive stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience leading a team and managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning or target setting.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 2 years of working in partner ecosystem areas or related sectors in the technology industry.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling presentations to leadership that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products, and the competitive market landscape.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and advanced spreadsheet analysis capabilities for data-driven decision making.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and fostering career development for team members.

The Partner Ecosystem & Channels organization is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Google Cloud's partner ecosystem to enable rapid customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Strategy and Operations (S&O) leaders bring together teams across Google's functions to drive optimal execution. Our team enables the Google Cloud ecosystem to scale efficiently by applying solid business acumen, data analytics, and sound judgment across organizational lines.

In this role, you will manage a team of S&O leaders that supports the full Google Ecosystem of partners, including system integrations and technology partners (ISVs) and service partners. You will partner with senior leadership to run critical functions that cut across existing organizations and deliver high-impact projects. You will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational priorities. The organization's goal is to align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives, with a focus on the AI priories.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$326,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational priorities across the ecosystem.
  • Lead strategic initiatives within the Google Ecosystem of partners, including business acceleration opportunities, and establish the systems to operationalize these new initiatives such as compensation and incentives.
  • Partner with leadership (VPs+) to support day-to-day decision-making through timely analysis, business knowledge, and professional experience to drive the partner strategy forward.
  • Drive alignment across the broader Google Cloud Platform organization and advocate for ecosystem priorities while managing a high-performing team of strategy and operations individual contributors.
  • Structure and execute operational initiatives by developing business plans, gathering relevant data, leading complex analyses, and developing final recommendations for senior stakeholders to scale the business.
