Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising sales, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
- 3 years in a business analytical role with a focus on deriving insights.
- Experience in cross-border or exporting business.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in helping clients expand overseas and working in multinational environments.
- Experience in promoting or consulting with agencies.
- Experience in thought leadership applying data driven models that have had a tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets.
- Knowledge of one or more international markets/regions, and B2B industry and marketing strategy.
- Ability to take initiative and work well in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate and align multiple stakeholders internally and externally to defined goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth and scale for an assigned portfolio.
- Understand customer's objectives and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export sales recommendations and by educating them on wider export-related topics and opportunities.
- Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting clients understanding of global markets.
- Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in the network by sharing knowledge about the assigned market.
- Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
