As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

As an Associate in Business Operations and Strategy, you are the ultimate data expert and succeed in solving highly analytical problems, conducting interviews and synthesizing ideas. You will work with a small team on projects commissioned by Google's executive team, managing your own workstream(s) as you go.

In this role, you will partner with Trust and Safety leadership to shape critical policy decisions, conduct root cause and data-driven analyses and identify emerging trends that impact online safety. You will collaborate across teams to implement solutions, enhance user protection, safeguard free expression and strengthen YouTube's global community. You will help optimize the efficiency and accuracy of Trust and Safety (TnS) review operations, streamline workflows, and support internal stakeholders. You are a self-standing, critical thinker with sound metrics judgment who has a passion for coaching others, solving technical challenges, and delivering measurable impact. You can balance the short term requirements we face while demonstrating the ability to see the big picture and make data-driven recommendations accordingly.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we share and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
