DV360 Programmatic Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Italian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, in a consultative sales, digital media sales, or business development role, including experience with upselling, competitive selling, and video consolidation strategies.
  • Experience within the IT Digital Market, including experience with key dynamics and industry trends, and working with agencies.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to manage client and stakeholder relationships up to C-level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Competitive Selling with the ability to successfully position solutions against competitors.
  • Experience building and nurturing long-term partnerships with customers and agencies, providing consultative expertise on programmatic and MarTech/AdTech solutions.
  • Experience operating in Italy and Export Markets in EMEA/AMER, with a focus on the US, including media industry acumen and knowledge of the digital and traditional media landscape.
  • Expertise with DV360, including working platform knowledge, to drive exceptional campaign performance and boost investment.
  • Ability to lead strategic sales initiatives, navigate complex client challenges, and drive the adoption of programmatic solutions at the executive level.

As a Display and Video 360 (DV360) Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving video and display transformational growth for DV360 across industries. You will be an expert in the programmatic ecosystem and help our clients understand how our programmatic media tools can help them achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for developing programmatic growth of our clients, owning programmatic media strategy, and adoption and acceleration across assigned accounts, with the goal to develop and execute strategic business plans to drive customer and business growth.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive programmatic strategy and adoption for key clients, achieving substantial business growth, product adoption, and market expansion.
  • Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers at clients and agencies, serving as a trusted advisor on programmatic and digital media strategies.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of strategic business plans aligned with client goals, capitalizing on emerging programmatic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement integrated media plans, maximizing display, video, and CTV investments across domestic and export markets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, advising clients on the evolving programmatic landscape and translating complex concepts into actionable insights. Ensure Operational Excellence by overseeing platform training, media planning, and campaign execution, ensuring compliance with the changing privacy landscape.
