Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- Experience with core GenAI concepts (Large Language Model, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).
- Experience with text, image, video, or audio generation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience with UI frameworks, landing features in production.
- Experience with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) prototyping.
- Familiarity with web app development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver compelling new features for GenAI developer tools and applications.
- Drive novel GenAI experiences using the latest technologies, agentic, multimodality, etc, bringing new GenAI capabilities into inspiring new use cases.
- Participate in cross-team collaborations with client teams to enable and scale new large language model enabled features on the device.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, machine learning engineers) to translate user needs into intuitive, valuable app features within the On-Device Machine Learning (ODML) ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce development best practices, and share your knowledge to raise the team's overall technical expertise.
