- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations,
- Experience implementing strategic and large scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
- Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the leadership on key strategic initiatives and building operational excellence. Helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic goal.
- Problem solve with executive leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward.
- Project manage major strategic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and proactively engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross-Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).
- Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term transformational initiatives.
