Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
- Experience using DV360 and other Programmatic buying platforms.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry, including knowledge of the underlying technology, companies, and research.
- Ability to work with all teams, including sales, marketing, business development, engineering and product management.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Display and Video 360 (DV360) Programmatic Lead, you will be responsible for setting programmatic strategies and helping clients to execute campaigns to drive the media business for Google. You will work with clients and their media agencies to ensure we are supporting their business and marketing objectives through programmatic campaigns. You will pitch for campaigns and feature adoption, developing customer relationships, and the day-to-day support to agencies and clients to enable them to run their campaigns. You will work closely with our large customer sales team and our gTech team to support clients across all their programmatic needs. You will manage the trader relationship separately as well as supporting LCS teams with relationships with agency planners and clients. You will ensure that clients achieve their campaign goals, utilize the DV360 platform, and expand their overall relationship with Google Marketing Platform.

- Own the Display and Video 360 (DV360) business in Indonesia. Develop and expand relationships with DV360’s advertising clients, including identifying new opportunities, building effective campaigns, and developing case studies and best practice.
- Create and execute quarterly strategies for business growth. Pitch for new campaigns or features within the platform. Own client relationships and incremental business growth.
- Escalate, track, and resolve key client issues. Manage expectations both internally and externally with clients for campaign implementation, management, and performance. Work effectively with other teams to help accelerate the growth of relationships.
- Understand and advocate for the programmatic landscape, marketplace, and "buying platform" industry as it relates to agencies, ad networks, and media buyers.
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
