Administrative Business Partner, Google Cloud Support (Mandarin)

Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to collaborate with regional stakeholders and key cross-functional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience supporting VP-1 level leaders and possess strong knowledge of the Cloud organization.
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues. Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI to improve work efficiency.

- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, onboard new team members).
- Manage a fast-moving and complex calendar schedule while interfacing with senior executives across Cloud and Alphabet.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and a sense of urgency, with high attention to detail and ability to think strategically and prioritize often competing tasks. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient use of leader time.
- Plan, manage and execute team cadences and events (digital and in person), all teams, summits and forums, and other celebrations/milestones.
- Exhibit the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an advanced understanding of Google policies and procedures. Be an advocate and role model of Google’s culture by helping to develop and cultivate excitement and productivity in the organization.
