Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
- Experience with go-to market and pricing strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements, influence roadmaps, and launch features and services.
- Experience in sales, business management, or product management background in carrier, retail, electronics or mobile manufacturing, or device insurance.
- Experience profit and loss management for a product line/business with varied channel dynamics/margin profiles.
- Ability to build a multi-year strategy while simultaneously managing the critical details of flawless execution.

Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Operations, Sales and Finance teams. Responsibilities
- Drive global growth for Pixel Care+ through go-to-market execution, focusing on increasing attach rates on first-party surfaces and expanding into third-party channels with tailored strategies.
- Lead Pixel Care+'s expansion into new markets by prioritizing launches and developing frameworks for future growth, collaborating with global and regional teams.
- Oversee Pixel Care+'s Profit and Loss (P&L), business strategy, and go-to-market execution, ensure a balance of growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
- Manage key partnerships with third-party administrators and insurance providers, including performance reviews and contract negotiations.
