The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with Google Cloud’s Large Customer Sales and Site Reliability Engineering teams on customers with complex needs to develop proactive and bespoke capacity planning and forecasting solutions through technical expertise with limited escalations.
- Orchestrate short- mid- and long-term demand, manage long-range forecasting in partnership with power and supply chain, and communicate with customers on health indicators, technical solutions, and manage escalations.
- Drive enhanced architecture review and capacity consolidation conversations with cross-functional teams to align on mid- to long term customer requirements and remove potential growth blockers.
- Lead relationships with Cloud product and engineering teams to better understand the technical stack and influence product design to ensure capacity requirements are taken into account through the product life cycle.
- Continue improvement of Capacity solutions processes and programs that proactively address common architecture, workload, customer velocity gaps.
