Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in program management, product marketing, or sales enablement, in the software or technology industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, or other advanced degree.
- Experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and Productivity and Collaboration solutions.
- Experience working with global sales teams.
- Understanding of the engaged landscape in the productivity, collaboration and Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive strategies for Google Cloud, aiming specific market segments and customer needs. This includes defining goal audiences, value propositions, messaging, and channel strategies.
- Design and develop innovative sales plays and programs that address key customer challenges and showcase the unique value of Google Cloud. These plays should include clear value propositions, competitive positioning, and actionable sales enablement materials.
- Equip the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively sell Google Cloud. This includes developing sales training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and engaged opportunities. Use these insights to inform product development and strategy.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
