Media Partnerships Agency Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of online sales (e.g. Search, Video, Media, etc) or business-development experience. Experience in digital advertising sales/media management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the online advertising industry.
  • Knowledge across all of Google’s product portfolio, with demonstrated brand (DVA) market awareness.
  • Ability to establish relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Agencies in line with the Annual Plan and Joint Business Plan [JBP], KPI ownership anchored on agency chief business objectives CBOs: work alongside Global Agency teams and Google Sales teams to build and execute partnership plans with our agency partners.
  • Drive Google partnership to address agency business profitability through commercial agreements, product depth and scaled capability.
  • Develop, cultivate and canvas Google’s relationships from the suite agency partners driving the strategy, trading terms and execution of annual agency partnership plans for Google.
  • Be the owner of agency communications, structures and relationships, the conduit between the agency ecosystem and Google for all brand activation.
  • Assess the product capabilities of our agency partners to build and deliver impact training programs at scale.
