Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving cross-functional projects.
- Experience with and passion solving customer and operational problems.
- Understanding of Google Customer Solutions and gTech's Customer Support ecosystem.
- Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to define road maps and drive program execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.In this role, you will develop solutions to ambiguous business problems and opportunities. You will lead building and driving these solutions while working with business teams, influencing the direction and goal setting, helping transform ideas into future-growth initiatives and much more. You will have an opportunity to drive the multi-year business transformation.

Responsibilities
- Define, structure, launch and drive operational initiatives for gTech Ads Customer Support teams, while acting as a thought partner to the leadership.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather information, context, and drive business analysis with project communication and management.
- Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate insights.
- Partner with gTech Ads Solutions leadership in driving of initiatives, including global priorities.
- Provide connectivity to business-focused initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
