Manager, Measurement Implementation Experts

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience working in customer relationship development by working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Analytics.
  • Certification in digital advertising measurement.
  • Experience in dealing with and influencing senior advertiser and agency decision makers and presenting data/results to senior audiences.
  • Familiarity with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Excellent business judgment, strategic, written/verbal communication, and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action, making presentations to C-Level/Executive audiences.
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.

These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Responsibilities

  • Outline/refine key measurement priorities for MMS customers, based on emerging customer needs, product complexity, and regulatory dynamics (especially around privacy). Gain alignment across sales and strategy & ops leadership on measurement priorities.
  • Build & sustain an effective and high-performing team and earn high stakeholder feedback & advocacy. Coach MIEs on the skills and capabilities to be effective in the role and deliver high-impact, revenue-driving work.
  • Guide your team to define & own vertical/client’s measurement & analytics strategy, and drive adoption of Google measurement & attribution solutions to increase the organization's measurement maturity.
  • Coach your team to exhibit strong specialization in key Google measurement platforms, methodologies, and approach to analyses. Enable them to effectively interpret results from measurement studies, and enable sales teams to have up-sell and cross-sell conversations.
  • Identify best practices and client successes across the organization.
