Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights from data and present recommendations.

gTech’s Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is made up of strategic partners and trusted advisors that drive success and transformative changes for gTech. The team creates value through functional and business knowledge to formulate and deliver strategies.

gTech is Google’s center of excellence for customer support and service to help Google’s advertisers, publishers, partners, and users get the most out of Google’s products. gTech also powers Google products by delivering operations and technical services like data ingestion, digitization, and localization, and uses their product and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions for customers.

You will drive solutions to ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities for gTech. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working with business partners, influencing the ideas and goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and managing operations to ensure a landing that drives measurable impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support leadership on service transformations, organizational initiatives, and help chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic ideas.
  • Define, launch, and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve customer experience, internal and external facing processes, and operations, and work with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
