Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
- 5 years of experience with networking, network architecture, networking protocols, or software architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with investigative, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Comfortable with changing specifications or standards, and ability to create conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Set direction and execution of organizational direction for broad, cross-organization projects across the Global Networking Technology team.
- Partner closely with Senior Leadership Engineering and Product Managers and to ensure Technical Program Management (TPgM) alignment with engineering and product priorities. Forecast resourcing requirements for TPgM team, while leading sublinear scaling at a rapid pace.
- Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of networking initiatives.
- Lead and inspire an organization of technical program managers with end to end ownership mindset, driving alignment among Software Engineering, Network Engineering, and partner organizations spanning Technical Infrastructure.
- Lead Technical Program Management groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage top programs and OKRs, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies and help teams in execution.
