Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience with operational support of account planning territory planning and sales pipeline review.
  • Experience with regionally executing a globally developed sales operations strategy.
  • Experience providing operational support for sales pipeline process and presenting updates to an executive audience.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting the communication, training, and monitoring of sales operational changes, with a focus on driving adoption and measuring impact.
  • Experience analyzing sales processes and performance data to provide actionable insights and assess the operational impact of potential changes.
  • Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
  • Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of sales process and system changes, including identifying integration points and updates.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.

As a Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing and operational execution strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of GTM strategic priority initiatives within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and operational execution landing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a globally developed sales operations strategy and provide operational support for sales pipeline process.
  • Provide communication, training and monitoring of sales operational changes.
  • Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness.
  • Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
