- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis.
- Experience evaluating safety in engineering, design solutions, and implementing systems to manage risk.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze large data sets to support hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to create workable project plans including project scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Execute the regional business cadence by leading operational reviews and establishing structured frameworks for ongoing financial and performance tracking.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including budget development, expense forecasting, and equipment life cycle costing to extract actionable business insights.
- Build scalable data pipelines and models using engineering best practices to provide data-driven solutions for complex regional operational challenges.
- Collaborate as a strategic thought partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify challenges and define key metrics for success.
- Drive continuous performance improvement by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while ensuring local site operations remain aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
