Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the travel industry, consulting, or managing digital-native clients.
- Experience navigating high-pressure negotiations and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional success and institutionalize best practices.
- Deep expertise in aligning Google’s product suite with specific customer objectives and business drivers.
- Proven track record of building data-driven business plans and forecasting pipelines.

As an Industry Manager for Travel, you serve as a strategic partner to leading local and global travel companies, helping them navigate industry shifts and digital transformation. You will provide holistic consulting to executive leadership, leveraging deep knowledge of the travel sector and the digital media landscape to drive sustainable growth. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will uncover core business needs and connect them with Google’s integrated, cross-platform advertising solutions. You will be responsible for driving new and existing business by negotiating and managing the execution of business plans across various Google products, services, regions, and teams.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities
- Engage C-suite stakeholders to understand core business challenges. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships, and provide consultative guidance on digital strategy and market trends.
- Lead the development and execution of business plans, aligning with customers on ambitious, data-driven goals. Identify and cultivate a pipeline of new opportunities to expand partnerships and manage growth across various Google products, regions, and channels.
- Design and pitch tailored advertising solutions and measure campaign performance against KPIs to demonstrate ROI. Advocate for and implement cross-platform Google advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with broader internal and external ecosystem stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities. Act as an advisor and coach for team members on industry-specific strategies and business development.
