As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, will be managing all Environmental, Health and Safety programs in Google Cloud's logistics supply chain at the Google Owned/Vendor Operated (GOVO) warehouse. You will contribute to the performance management of these vendors to ensure that the work they perform for Google is safe and compliant. You will ensure all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) tests are identified and addressed by building trusting relationships with program stakeholders, working with multiple cross-functional teams as well as with the local authorities. You will execute risk reduction programs and new EHS initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues, working together in Subject Matter Expert teams, and driving regional or global improvements together.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage EHS programs in Google’s Warehousing/Logistics/Automation spaces to ensure a safe and compliant workplace and with improvement. Monitor and track program performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  • Partner with Google Cloud Logistics (GCL) Vendors to drive safety improvements and ensure their EHS performance meets the required standards and meet with stakeholders to communicate on performance and requirements.
  • Coordinate and Participate in Assurance Activities like managing the compliance program and audit vendors for compliance to legal and Google EHS requirements.
  • Participate in engineering and innovation solutions to reduce risk in the GCL operations.
  • Review incident investigations submitted by vendors and communicate learning or corrective and preventive actions across the business to prevent recurrence.
